The Youth Leadership Academy (YLA) is a community-based, youth-led organization dedicated to developing youth leadership on issues important to the health and wellbeing of Nederland-area youth. We are working to create opportunities, connect to resources, and reduce harmful behavior and detrimental environmental factors.
